📝 Ingredients (Serves 4)

1 pound beef stew meat, cut into bite-sized pieces

1 large onion, thinly sliced

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 cups beef broth

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and black pepper, to taste

8 ounces egg noodles

1 cup shredded Swiss cheese (or Gruyère for a more classic French flavor)

1. Sear the Beef

In a large skillet or pot, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil over medium-high heat.

Add the beef, season with salt and pepper, and sear until browned on all sides (about 5–7 minutes). Remove beef and set aside.
