Green Juice Combos – Fresh, Healthy & Energizing


Combo 1

Ingredients:

  • Celery

  • Cucumber

  • Apple

  • Spinach

Instructions:

  1. Wash and cut all ingredients into smaller chunks.

  2. Blend or juice until smooth.

  3. Serve chilled. Optional: Add lemon for a zesty touch!


Combo 2

Ingredients:

  • Pineapple

  • Chard

  • Apple

  • Spinach

  • Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions:

  1. Wash all greens and fruit.

  2. Juice or blend until well combined.

  3. Add the juice of 1 lemon and stir. Serve immediately.


Combo 3

Ingredients:

  • Celery

  • Ginger

  • Apple

  • Spinach

Instructions:

  1. Peel ginger and chop all ingredients.

  2. Blend with a little water until smooth.

  3. Strain if desired, and enjoy fresh.


Combo 4

Ingredients:

  • Kiwi

  • Cucumber

  • Apple

  • Spinach

Instructions:

  1. Peel the kiwi and chop other ingredients.

  2. Blend all together with a splash of water.

  3. Drink right away for maximum nutrients.


Combo 5

Ingredients:

  • Pineapple

  • Cucumber

  • Lettuce

  • Apple

Instructions:

  1. Wash and cut ingredients into chunks.

  2. Blend until smooth and pour into a glass.

  3. Enjoy over ice or store in the fridge for later.
