Chocolate Ice Cream

Ingredients:
- Chocolate chunks
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 to 3 tbsp jam (choose your favorite!)

Steps:
1. Place chocolate chunks into popsicle bags. Submerge the bags in hot water to melt the chocolate.

2. Whip the heavy cream with the jam until soft and creamy.

3. Spread the melted chocolate evenly inside the bags using the back of a knife or a chopstick.

4. Pipe the whipped cream mixture into the chocolate-lined bags, then seal with rubber bands.

5. Freeze the bags for at least 4 hours. Once ready, enjoy your homemade chocolate ice cream straight from the bag or in waffle cones.
