1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

1 tbsp unsalted butter
🥄 Instructions
1️⃣ Make the Cake Layer

Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).

In a large bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cocoa powder.

Add milk, eggs, and vanilla; mix until smooth.

Pour into a lined 9-inch round cake pan.

Bake 25–30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Let cool completely.
2️⃣ Prepare the Mousse Layers

Whip cream with sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.

Divide into 3 equal parts.

Gently fold each part into the melted dark, milk, and white chocolates separately.
3️⃣ Assemble the Cake

Place the cooled cake base on a serving plate or inside a springform pan.

Layer the dark chocolate mousse over the cake. Chill 15–20 minutes.

Add milk chocolate mousse. Chill again.

Finish with white chocolate mousse and smooth the top.

Chill for at least 2 hours, or until fully set.
4️⃣ Optional Glaze

Melt chocolate chips with butter until smooth. Let cool slightly.

Pour over the chilled mousse cake for a glossy finish.
