Pistachio Banana Smoothie


Rich, creamy, and packed with protein and healthy fats—this smoothie is a dreamy blend of nutty pistachios and naturally sweet banana!

  • 1 ripe banana ๐ŸŒ

  • ¼ cup pistachios (shelled) ๐Ÿฅœ

  • ½ cup yogurt (plain or vanilla) ๐Ÿฆ

  • 1 cup almond milk ๐Ÿฅ› (or any milk you prefer)

  • 1 tbsp honey ๐Ÿฏ (optional, for extra sweetness)

  • Ice cubes ๐ŸงŠ (to your desired chill)

  • Crushed pistachios ๐Ÿฅœ (for garnish, optional)

  1. Prep the Pistachios:

    • If your pistachios are unsalted and raw, soak them in warm water for 10–15 minutes to soften (optional, but makes blending smoother).

  2. Blend Everything:

    • Add banana, pistachios, yogurt, almond milk, honey (if using), and a handful of ice cubes to a blender.

    • Blend on high until creamy and smooth.

  3. Adjust & Taste:

    • Add more milk if you prefer a thinner consistency.

    • Taste and add a bit more honey if you want extra sweetness.
