
Steak and Seafood Skillet with Garlic Parmesan Cream Sauce ๐ฅฉ๐ค๐ง๐ง

๐ฝ๏ธ Ingredients:
For the Meat & Seafood:

1.5 lbs ribeye steak (or your favorite cut), cubed or sliced

1 lb jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
-
2 tbsp olive oil
-
2 tbsp unsalted butter
For the Garlic Parmesan Cream Sauce:
-
4 garlic cloves, minced
-
1 cup heavy cream
-
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
-
Salt and black pepper, to taste
-
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for a kick)
-
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
๐ฅ Instructions:

Sear the Steak
-
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add steak pieces, season with salt and pepper, and sear until browned to your liking.

Remove and set aside.

Cook the Shrimp
-
In the same skillet, add 1 tbsp olive oil and 1 tbsp butter.

Sauté shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and just cooked through.

Remove and set aside with the steak.

Make the Sauce
-
Reduce heat to medium. Add remaining 1 tbsp butter and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds).

Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.

Stir in Parmesan cheese, letting it melt into a smooth sauce.

Season with salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes.

Combine & Serve

Return the steak and shrimp to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce.

Simmer for 1–2 minutes until heated through.

Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve hot.
