Steak and Seafood Skillet with Garlic Parmesan Cream Sauce ๐Ÿฅฉ๐Ÿค๐Ÿง„๐Ÿง€


๐Ÿฝ๏ธ Ingredients:

For the Meat & Seafood:

  • 1.5 lbs ribeye steak (or your favorite cut), cubed or sliced

  • 1 lb jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter

For the Garlic Parmesan Cream Sauce:

  • 4 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for a kick)

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


๐Ÿ”ฅ Instructions:

  1. Sear the Steak

    • Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

    • Add steak pieces, season with salt and pepper, and sear until browned to your liking.

    • Remove and set aside.

  2. Cook the Shrimp

    • In the same skillet, add 1 tbsp olive oil and 1 tbsp butter.

    • Sauté shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and just cooked through.

    • Remove and set aside with the steak.

  3. Make the Sauce

    • Reduce heat to medium. Add remaining 1 tbsp butter and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds).

    • Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.

    • Stir in Parmesan cheese, letting it melt into a smooth sauce.

    • Season with salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes.

  4. Combine & Serve

    • Return the steak and shrimp to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce.

    • Simmer for 1–2 minutes until heated through.

    • Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve hot.

  • Serve over mashed potatoes, pasta, or with a side of crusty bread to soak up the sauce.

  • Add seared scallops or mushrooms for an extra gourmet touch!
