Pepper Steak Stir Fry over Rice

Savory, saucy, and packed with bold flavor!

Ingredients:
• 1 lb flank or sirloin steak (sliced into strips)
• 1 onion (sliced)
• 1 red bell pepper (sliced)
• 1 green bell pepper (sliced)
• 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Sauce:
• 3 tbsp soy sauce
• 2 tbsp oyster sauce
• 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
• 1 tbsp cornstarch
• 1 tbsp brown sugar
• 1 tsp garlic (minced)
• 1/2 tsp ginger (grated)
• 1/4 cup water

Instructions:
1. Prepare Sauce: Mix all sauce ingredients until smooth and set aside.
2. Sear Beef: Heat oil in a wok/pan, sear beef in batches until browned. Remove and set aside.
3. Sauté Veggies: In the same pan, stir-fry onions and bell peppers until just tender.
4. Combine & Simmer: Return beef to pan, pour in sauce, and toss everything. Simmer 2–3 mins until sauce thickens.
5. Serve: Plate over steamed rice and enjoy!
