
Avalanche Cookies (No-Bake Treat)
A quick and easy no-bake cookie that's perfect for warm weather or holiday cookie platters. Chewy, crunchy, sweet, and ready with minimal effort!
🍪 Ingredients

2 cups Rice Krispies cereal

1½ cups mini marshmallows

2¾ cups (or 16 oz) white chocolate chips or melting wafers

⅓ cup peanut butter

¼ cup mini chocolate chips
👩🍳 Instructions

Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper or spraying with non-stick spray.

In a large bowl, combine Rice Krispies and mini marshmallows. Set aside.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate in 1-minute increments, stirring each time. Continue heating in 15–30 second bursts until smooth.

Stir in peanut butter to the melted white chocolate and mix until fully combined.

Pour the chocolate mixture over the cereal and marshmallows. Stir until everything is well coated.

Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet to form cookies.

Sprinkle each cookie with mini chocolate chips while still soft.

Refrigerate for about 1 hour or until fully set.

Store cookies in an airtight container or zip-top bag in the refrigerator.
