Bacon Ranch Cheesy Bread

  • 1 loaf (14 oz) French bread

  • ¾ cup mayonnaise

  • 1 tablespoon ranch dip mix

  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, Mexican blend, etc.)

  • 4 slices bacon, baked and crumbled

In the Oven:

  1. Preheat broiler. Line baking sheet with non-stick foil.

  2. Slice bread in half lengthwise.

  3. In a bowl, mix: mayonnaise, ranch mix, shredded cheese, and bacon.

  4. Spread the mixture evenly over both bread halves.

  5. Broil until golden brown (approx. 7–9 minutes).

  6. Let cool slightly. Cut and serve.

On the Grill:

  1. Preheat grill for indirect heat.

  2. Slice bread in half and place on heavy-duty foil.

  3. Mix mayonnaise, ranch mix, cheese, and bacon in a bowl.

  4. Spread the mixture over bread halves.

  5. Grill over indirect heat for 10–12 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.

  6. Cool slightly, slice, and serve.

  • Storage: Best fresh, but store in foil or an airtight container in the fridge up to 3 days. Reheat in oven, air fryer, or microwave.

  • Bacon: Cook via pan, oven, or air fryer.

  • Crispy finish: Bake at 400°F for 7–8 minutes, then broil briefly if needed.

  • Air Fry: Assemble and cut to fit the fryer. Cook at 350°F for 3–5 minutes.
