โ‡๏ธ Rice with Carrots, Green Beans & Tomato + Beef Burger Plate

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup white rice

  • 1 carrot ๐Ÿฅ• (diced)

  • 1/2 cup green beans ๐ŸŒต (chopped)

  • 1 tomato ๐Ÿ… (chopped)

  • 1 beef patty ๐Ÿฅฉ (seasoned and grilled)

  • 1/2 cucumber ๐Ÿฅ’ (sliced)

  • 1/2 cup broccoli ๐Ÿฅฆ (steamed)

  • 1/2 cup cabbage ๐ŸŒณ (shredded)

Instructions:

  1. Cook rice with diced carrot, green beans, and tomato until fluffy.

  2. Grill or pan-fry seasoned beef patty.

  3. Serve rice with burger patty, sliced cucumber, steamed broccoli, and fresh cabbage.


โ‡๏ธ Brown Rice with Beans, Ground Beef & Veggies

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup brown rice

  • 1/2 cup cooked beans ๐ŸŒต

  • 150g ground beef ๐Ÿฅฉ

  • 1/2 cup squash ๐Ÿˆ (diced)

  • 1 tomato ๐Ÿ… (chopped)

  • 1/2 cup spinach ๐Ÿฅฌ

  • 1/2 cucumber ๐Ÿฅ’ (sliced)

Instructions:

  1. Cook brown rice until tender.

  2. In a pan, sauté ground beef until browned, add squash and tomato, cook until soft.

  3. Mix in beans and spinach; cook until wilted.

  4. Serve over brown rice with cucumber on the side.


โ‡๏ธ Breaded Chicken Fillet with Mashed Potatoes & Spinach

Ingredients:

  • 1 chicken breast, breaded and fried ๐Ÿฅ 

  • 2 medium potatoes ๐Ÿฅ” (boiled and mashed)

  • 1/2 cup spinach ๐Ÿฅฌ (lightly sautéed)

  • 1/2 cup cooked rice ๐Ÿš

Instructions:

  1. Bread chicken breast with flour, egg, and breadcrumbs, then fry until golden.

  2. Mash boiled potatoes with butter, salt, and pepper.

  3. Sauté spinach briefly in olive oil.

  4. Serve with a side of rice.


โ‡๏ธ Grilled Beef with Peas, Potatoes, Salad & Rice

Ingredients:

  • 150g grilled beef steak ๐Ÿฅฉ

  • 1/2 cup peas ๐Ÿƒ

  • 1 medium potato ๐Ÿฅ” (boiled or roasted)

  • 1/2 cup lettuce ๐Ÿฅฌ

  • 1 tomato ๐Ÿ… (sliced)

  • 1/2 cup green beans ๐ŸŒต

  • 1/2 cup cooked rice ๐Ÿš

Instructions:

  1. Season and grill beef to desired doneness.

  2. Cook peas and green beans until tender.

  3. Serve with potato, fresh salad, and rice.


โ‡๏ธ Zucchini Pasta with Grilled Beef & Arugula Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 zucchini ๐Ÿˆ (spiralized into noodles)

  • 150g grilled beef ๐Ÿฅฉ

  • 1/2 cup lettuce ๐Ÿฅฌ

  • 1 tomato ๐Ÿ… (chopped)

  • 1/2 cup arugula ๐ŸŒฟ

Instructions:

  1. Lightly sauté zucchini noodles until tender.

  2. Grill seasoned beef slices.

  3. Toss lettuce, tomato, and arugula in olive oil & lemon.

  4. Serve salad alongside beef and zucchini pasta.


โ‡๏ธ Stroganoff Chicken with Fresh Salad

Ingredients:

  • 150g chicken breast, diced ๐Ÿ—

  • 1/4 onion (chopped)

  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

  • 1 tbsp tomato paste

  • Lettuce ๐Ÿฅฌ, tomato ๐Ÿ…, cabbage ๐ŸŒณ, and carrot ๐Ÿฅ• for salad

Instructions:

  1. Sauté chicken with onion, add tomato paste and cream. Simmer until thick.

  2. Prepare a fresh salad with shredded cabbage, sliced tomato, carrot, and lettuce.

  3. Serve chicken with salad on the side.
