1/2 cup cabbage ๐ณ (shredded)
Instructions:

Cook rice with diced carrot, green beans, and tomato until fluffy.

Grill or pan-fry seasoned beef patty.
-
Serve rice with burger patty, sliced cucumber, steamed broccoli, and fresh cabbage.

Ingredients:

1 cup brown rice
-
1/2 cup cooked beans ๐ต

150g ground beef ๐ฅฉ
-
1/2 cup squash ๐ (diced)
-
1 tomato ๐ (chopped)
-
1/2 cup spinach ๐ฅฌ
-
1/2 cucumber ๐ฅ (sliced)
Instructions:

Cook brown rice until tender.

In a pan, sauté ground beef until browned, add squash and tomato, cook until soft.

Mix in beans and spinach; cook until wilted.

Serve over brown rice with cucumber on the side.
