Pineapple Ginger Smoothie Recipe


A refreshing, tropical blend with a zesty kick from ginger and mint—perfect for a morning boost or afternoon cool-down!


๐Ÿ”น Ingredients:

  • ๐Ÿ 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks

  • ๐Ÿฅ’ ½ cucumber, peeled and chopped

  • ๐Ÿฅ› 1 cup coconut water

  • ๐ŸŒฟ A handful of fresh mint leaves

  • ๐Ÿง„ 1 tsp grated fresh ginger

  • ๐Ÿ‹ Juice of 1 lemon
