Kiwi, Banana, Orange & Chia Smoothie

❇️ Ingredients:

  • 2 kiwis (peeled and chopped)

  • 1 ripe banana

  • Juice of 1 orange

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 200 ml water or plant-based milk (almond, oat, soy, coconut – your choice)

  • Ice cubes (optional, for a refreshing chill)

  • Honey or sweetener to taste (optional)


πŸ₯€ Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Fruit
    Peel and chop the kiwis and banana. Juice the orange and remove any seeds.

  2. Combine Ingredients
    In a blender, add the chopped kiwi, banana, orange juice, chia seeds, and your choice of water or plant-based milk.

  3. Add Sweetener & Ice (Optional)
    If you like it sweeter, add a teaspoon of honey or your preferred sweetener. Toss in some ice cubes for a chilled smoothie.

  4. Blend
    Blend everything on high speed for about 30–60 seconds, or until smooth and creamy.

  5. Serve
    Pour into a tall glass and enjoy immediately. You can garnish with a kiwi slice or a sprinkle of chia seeds if you'd like.
