Irresistible Banana Raspberry Chia Pudding


A creamy, fruity, and fiber-rich delight perfect for breakfast, snack, or a light dessert!

  • 1 cup almond milk (or milk of your choice)

  • ½ cup chia seeds

  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced

  • 1 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)

  • 2 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Fresh mint leaves, for garnish

  1. Make the Chia Pudding Base:

    • In a bowl or jar, mix almond milk, chia seeds, honey, and vanilla extract.

    • Stir well to prevent clumping.

    • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until thickened.

  2. Prepare the Fruit Layers:

    • Once the chia pudding is ready, mash 1 banana and stir it into the pudding for extra flavor and creaminess.

    • Keep the other banana slices and raspberries for layering or topping.

  3. Assemble the Pudding:

    • In serving glasses or jars, layer chia pudding, raspberries, and banana slices.

    • Repeat layers as desired.

  4. Garnish and Serve:

    • Top with fresh raspberries, banana slices, and mint leaves.

    • Drizzle with extra honey if desired.
