🧾 Ingredients (Serves 3–4)

For the Chicken

  • 500 g chicken breast or thighs, sliced

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder (optional)

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice


For the Tzatziki Sauce

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt

  • 1/2 cucumber, grated and excess water squeezed out

  • 1 clove garlic, finely minced

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • Salt, to taste

  • Fresh dill or parsley, chopped (optional)


For the Wraps

  • 4 large flatbreads or pita wraps

  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, shredded

  • Cherry tomatoes, halved

  • Crumbled feta cheese

  • Fresh parsley, chopped


For the Salad (Side)

  • 1 cucumber, diced

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 2 tablespoons red onion, finely chopped

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste


Optional Side

  • French fries or potato wedges


👨‍🍳 Instructions

Step 1: Marinate the Chicken

In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, paprika, oregano, cumin, chili powder, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
Add chicken and toss well. Marinate for at least 15 minutes (or up to 2 hours for deeper flavor).


Step 2: Prepare the Tzatziki

In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and herbs.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.


Step 3: Cook the Chicken

Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat.
Cook the chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden, fully cooked, and slightly charred.
Remove from heat and rest briefly.


Step 4: Warm the Flatbreads

Heat flatbreads in a dry pan or oven until soft and warm.


Step 5: Assemble the Wraps

Lay flatbread on a surface.
Add lettuce, cooked chicken, cherry tomatoes, and feta cheese.
Top with a generous spoon of tzatziki sauce.
Roll tightly into wraps.


Step 6: Serve

Serve wraps with fries on the side and a fresh cucumber-tomato salad.
Add extra tzatziki for dipping if desired.
