1. Prepare the rice
Cook the rice according to package instructions and keep warm.
2. Cook the beef
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat if needed.
3. Add aromatics
Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant and softened.
4. Cook the peppers
