
Crunchy Peanut Butter Oreo Chocolate Delight Cake 🍫
A decadent no-fuss dessert with layers of Oreo crust, creamy peanut butter filling, rich chocolate ganache, and fluffy whipped cream — all topped with crunchy mini Oreos and a drizzle of peanut butter!
Ingredients
For the Oreo Crust:

24 Oreo cookies, finely crushed

1/4 cup (60g) unsalted butter, melted
For the Peanut Butter Layer:

1 cup (250g) creamy peanut butter

8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup (60g) powdered sugar

1/2 cup (120ml) milk
For the Chocolate Ganache:
-
1 cup (170g) semisweet chocolate chips
-
1/2 cup (120ml) heavy cream
For the Whipped Cream Topping:
-
1 cup (240ml) heavy whipping cream
-
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
For Garnish:
-
Mini Oreo cookies
-
Melted peanut butter for drizzling
Instructions
1. Prepare the Oreo Crust:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a medium bowl, mix the finely crushed Oreos with the melted butter until well combined.
Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan to form an even layer.
Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
2. Make the Peanut Butter Layer:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk.
Beat with a hand mixer or stand mixer until smooth and creamy.
Spread the mixture evenly over the cooled Oreo crust.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
3. Prepare the Chocolate Ganache:
Heat the heavy cream in a small saucepan over medium heat until it begins to simmer (do not boil).
Remove from heat and pour over the chocolate chips in a heatproof bowl.
Let it sit for 2 minutes, then stir until silky and smooth.
Pour the ganache over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly.
Refrigerate again until the ganache is set (about 1–2 hours).
4. Make the Whipped Cream Topping:
Using a chilled bowl and beaters, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
Spread or pipe the whipped cream over the set ganache layer.
5. Garnish and Serve:
Top with mini Oreo cookies.
Drizzle melted peanut butter over the top for a stunning finish.
