COCONUT CHIA PUDDING

✳️ Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk

  • 1–2 tablespoons sweetener of your choice (maple syrup, honey, stevia, etc.)

  • Fresh fruit for topping (e.g., mango, berries, banana, kiwi)

  1. Mix Ingredients
    In a bowl or jar, combine the chia seeds, coconut milk, and sweetener. Stir well to prevent clumping.

  2. Let it Sit
    Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. The chia seeds will absorb the liquid and form a pudding-like texture.

  3. Stir Again
    After the first 10-15 minutes in the fridge, give the mixture another good stir to break up any clumps, then let it continue chilling.

  4. Serve
    Once thickened, top with your favorite fresh fruits. You can also add shredded coconut, granola, or a drizzle of nut butter.

  5. Enjoy!
    Serve chilled for a refreshing, fiber-rich, and satisfying snack or breakfast.
