Ingredients
For the Chicken

500g boneless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces

1 tbsp olive oil

Salt and black pepper to taste
Vegetables

2 cups broccoli florets
-
1 red bell pepper, sliced
-
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
-
1 green bell pepper, sliced
-
1 small onion, sliced
-
2 cloves garlic, minced
Stir-Fry Sauce
-
ยผ cup soy sauce
-
2 tbsp oyster sauce
-
1 tbsp honey or brown sugar
-
1 tbsp sesame oil
-
1 tsp cornstarch
-
3 tbsp water
Garnish
-
Sesame seeds
-
Chopped green onions
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Sauce

In a small bowl combine:

Soy sauce
-
Oyster sauce
-
Honey
-
Sesame oil
-
Cornstarch
-
Water
-
-
Mix well and set aside.
Step 2: Cook the Chicken

Heat oil in a large skillet or wok.

Season chicken with salt and pepper.
-
Stir-fry for 5โ6 minutes until golden and cooked through.

Remove and set aside.
Step 3: Cook the Vegetables

Add onion and garlic to the pan.
-
Stir-fry for 1 minute.
-
Add broccoli and bell peppers.
-
Cook for 4โ5 minutes until crisp-tender.
Step 4: Combine Everything

Return chicken to the pan.

Pour in the sauce.

Toss continuously for 2โ3 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats everything evenly.
Step 5: Garnish

Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
-
Add chopped green onions before serving.
