Ingredients

For the Chicken

  • 500g boneless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Vegetables

  • 2 cups broccoli florets

  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced

  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced

  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced

  • 1 small onion, sliced

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Stir-Fry Sauce

  • ยผ cup soy sauce

  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce

  • 1 tbsp honey or brown sugar

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

  • 1 tsp cornstarch

  • 3 tbsp water

Garnish

  • Sesame seeds

  • Chopped green onions

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Sauce

  1. In a small bowl combine:

    • Soy sauce

    • Oyster sauce

    • Honey

    • Sesame oil

    • Cornstarch

    • Water

  2. Mix well and set aside.

Step 2: Cook the Chicken

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet or wok.

  2. Season chicken with salt and pepper.

  3. Stir-fry for 5โ€“6 minutes until golden and cooked through.

  4. Remove and set aside.

Step 3: Cook the Vegetables

  1. Add onion and garlic to the pan.

  2. Stir-fry for 1 minute.

  3. Add broccoli and bell peppers.

  4. Cook for 4โ€“5 minutes until crisp-tender.

Step 4: Combine Everything

  1. Return chicken to the pan.

  2. Pour in the sauce.

  3. Toss continuously for 2โ€“3 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats everything evenly.

Step 5: Garnish

  • Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

  • Add chopped green onions before serving.
