Ingredients

For the Salad

  • 500g cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined

For the Dressing

  • Juice of 2 limes

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • Β½ tsp paprika

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

Step 1: Season the Shrimp

  1. Pat shrimp dry.

  2. Toss with paprika, salt, and pepper.

  3. SautΓ© in a lightly oiled skillet for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and lightly golden.

  4. Let cool slightly.

Step 2: Prepare the Vegetables

  1. Dice avocados into bite-sized cubes.

  2. Slice cherry tomatoes in half.

  3. Finely chop red onion.

  4. Add everything to a large bowl.

Step 3: Make the Dressing

  1. Whisk together:

    • Lime juice

    • Olive oil

    • Garlic

    • Salt

    • Pepper

Step 4: Assemble

  1. Add shrimp to the bowl.

  2. Pour dressing over the salad.

  3. Toss gently to avoid mashing the avocado.

  4. Garnish with parsley or cilantro.
