Ingredients
For the Pork Chops

2 bone-in or boneless pork chops (about 1-inch thick)

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp paprika

Salt and black pepper to taste
For the Creamy Mushroom Sauce

2 tbsp butter
-
200g mushrooms, sliced
-
3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream
-
Β½ cup chicken broth
-
ΒΌ cup Parmesan cheese, grated

1 tsp Dijon mustard
-
Β½ tsp thyme leaves

Salt and pepper to taste
For the Vegetables

1 carrot, sliced
-
1 cup broccoli florets
-
1 potato, cut into wedges
-
1 red bell pepper, chopped
Instructions
Step 1: Season the Pork

Pat pork chops dry.

Season both sides with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
Step 2: Sear the Pork Chops

Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Cook pork chops for 4β5 minutes per side until golden brown.

Remove and set aside.
Step 3: Prepare the Mushroom Sauce

In the same skillet, melt butter.

Add mushrooms and cook until browned.

Step 5: Roast the Vegetables

Toss vegetables with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Roast at 200Β°C (400Β°F) for 20β25 minutes until tender and lightly caramelized.
Step 6: Plate and Serve

Place roasted vegetables on the plate.

Add pork chop.

Generously spoon mushroom cream sauce over the top.

Garnish with fresh thyme.
