Ingredients

For the Wings

  • 2 lbs (900g) chicken wings

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp salt

For the Creamy Parmesan Sauce

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • Β½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Garnish

  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

Step 1: Season the Wings

  1. Pat wings dry with paper towels.

  2. Toss with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Step 2: Cook the Wings

Air Fryer Method

  • Cook at 200Β°C (400Β°F) for 20–24 minutes.

  • Shake basket halfway through.

Oven Method

  • Bake at 220Β°C (425Β°F) for 40–45 minutes.

  • Turn once halfway through cooking.
