Ingredients
For the Cannelloni

12 cannelloni pasta tubes

1 lb (450g) shrimp, peeled, deveined, and chopped

1 cup ricotta cheese

Β½ cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

ΒΌ cup Parmesan cheese, grated

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp parsley, finely chopped

Salt and black pepper to taste
For the Cheese Topping

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
-
ΒΌ cup Parmesan cheese
For the Creamy Seafood Sauce
-
2 tbsp butter
-
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
-
1Β½ cups milk
-
Β½ cup heavy cream
-
ΒΌ cup Parmesan cheese
-
1 tsp garlic powder
-
Salt and pepper to taste
Garnish

Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
Step 1: Cook the Pasta

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

Cook cannelloni until slightly tender.

Drain and allow to cool.
Step 2: Prepare the Filling
In a bowl combine:

Chopped shrimp

Ricotta cheese

Cream cheese

Mozzarella cheese

Garlic

Parsley

Salt and pepper
Mix thoroughly.
Step 3: Fill the Cannelloni

Arrange stuffed cannelloni on top.

Cover with remaining sauce.

Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan over the top.
