Ingredients

For the Cannelloni

  • 12 cannelloni pasta tubes

  • 1 lb (450g) shrimp, peeled, deveined, and chopped

  • Β½ cup cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

  • Β½ cup heavy cream

  • ΒΌ cup Parmesan cheese

Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Pasta

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

  2. Cook cannelloni until slightly tender.
