Chef's Tip

For restaurant-quality flavor, chill the shrimp thoroughly before mixing and use fresh dill rather than dried. A squeeze of fresh lemon right before serving brightens the entire dish and makes the seafood flavor pop beautifully. πŸ‹πŸ¦βœ¨
