Ingredients
For the Filling

400g sirloin steak, thinly sliced

2 cups broccoli florets

1 small onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp olive oil

Salt and black pepper to taste

1 tsp paprika
-
Β½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
For Assembly

4 pieces flatbread or pita bread

1Β½ cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
-
Β½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded

2 tbsp butter, melted
Garlic Herb Sauce (Optional)

ΒΌ cup mayonnaise
-
1 tbsp sour cream
-
1 tsp lemon juice
-
1 clove garlic, grated
-
1 tbsp parsley, chopped
Instructions
Step 1: Cook the Steak

Season steak with salt, pepper, and paprika.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat.

Sear steak for 2β3 minutes until browned.

Remove and set aside.
Step 2: SautΓ© the Vegetables

In the same pan, cook onions until translucent.

Add garlic and broccoli.

Stir-fry for 3β4 minutes until tender-crisp.
Step 3: Build the Flatbread

Lay flatbread on a work surface.

Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar.

Add steak and broccoli mixture.

Fold over or top with another flatbread.
Step 4: Grill

Brush with melted butter.

Cook in a skillet or panini press for 3β4 minutes per side.

Grill until golden brown and cheese is fully melted.
Step 5: Slice and Serve

Rest for 2 minutes.

Cut into halves or wedges.
