Ingredients

For the Filling

Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Steak

  1. Season steak with salt, pepper, and paprika.

  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat.

  3. Sear steak for 2–3 minutes until browned.

  4. Remove and set aside.

Step 2: SautΓ© the Vegetables

  1. In the same pan, cook onions until translucent.

  2. Add garlic and broccoli.

Step 3: Build the Flatbread

  1. Lay flatbread on a work surface.

  3. Add steak and broccoli mixture.

  4. Fold over or top with another flatbread.

Step 4: Grill

  1. Brush with melted butter.

  2. Cook in a skillet or panini press for 3–4 minutes per side.

  3. Grill until golden brown and cheese is fully melted.

Step 5: Slice and Serve

  1. Rest for 2 minutes.

  2. Cut into halves or wedges.

  3. Serve with garlic herb sauce.
