Ingredients

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp Italian seasoning
For the Filling

200g mozzarella cheese, shredded

100g cream cheese, softened
-
2 tbsp parsley, chopped
Optional Cream Sauce

1 cup heavy cream
-
ยฝ cup parmesan cheese
-
1 tsp garlic powder
-
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Filling

Heat olive oil in a skillet.

Sautรฉ mushrooms until golden and moisture evaporates.

Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Remove from heat and mix with mozzarella, cream cheese, and parsley.
Step 2: Stuff the Chicken

Slice a pocket into each chicken breast.

Season inside and outside with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.

Fill generously with the mushroom-cheese mixture.

Secure with toothpicks if needed.
Step 3: Sear

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear chicken for 3โ4 minutes per side until golden brown.
Step 4: Bake

Preheat oven to 190ยฐC (375ยฐF).

Transfer chicken to a baking dish.

Bake for 20โ25 minutes until internal temperature reaches 74ยฐC (165ยฐF).
Step 5: Make the Sauce (Optional)

Simmer heavy cream in a pan.

Add parmesan and garlic powder.

Stir until smooth and creamy.

Spoon over the chicken before serving.
