Chef's Tip

For ultra-tender beef bites, use sirloin, ribeye, or tenderloin and cook over very high heat for a short time. Cold day-old rice produces the best fried rice because the grains stay separate and absorb flavor without becoming mushy. πŸ₯©πŸšπŸ₯¦βœ¨
