🍫🍬 Caramel Chocolate Crunch Bars 🍬🍫

Crunchy, gooey, and chocolatey – a layered treat that hits all the sweet spots.

These decadent bars are the perfect no-fuss dessert. With a graham cracker base, luscious caramel, creamy filling, and a chocolatey candy crunch on top, they’re guaranteed to be a crowd favorite!


🧾 Ingredients

Base Layer

  • 1½ cups crushed graham crackers

  • ½ cup melted butter

  • ¼ cup sugar

  • ½ cup chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)

Caramel Layer

  • 1 cup caramel candies (unwrapped)

  • 2 tbsp heavy cream

Creamy Layer

  • 1½ cups vanilla ice cream (softened) or cream cheese

  • ¼ cup sugar

Topping

  • 1½ cups melted milk chocolate or semi-sweet chocolate chips

  • ½ cup chopped Snickers, Twix, or caramel-filled chocolates

  • ¼ cup chopped nuts (optional)

1️⃣ Make the Crunchy Base

In a medium bowl, mix crushed graham crackers, melted butter, sugar, and nuts. Press firmly into a greased 9x9-inch pan to form an even base.

2️⃣ Pour the Caramel Layer

Melt caramel candies with heavy cream in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth. Pour and spread evenly over the crust.

3️⃣ Add the Creamy Layer

Mix softened vanilla ice cream or cream cheese with sugar until smooth. Spread over the cooled caramel layer.

4️⃣ Top with Chocolate & Candy

Pour melted chocolate over the creamy layer and smooth it out. Sprinkle chopped candy bars and extra nuts on top for added crunch and flavor.

5️⃣ Chill & Serve

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm. Cut into bars and serve chilled.
