Ultra-fudgy, decadently rich, and irresistibly swirled with Nutella and chunks of Kinder chocolate – these brownies are a chocolate lover’s fantasy!

140g (10 tbsp) unsalted butter

250g (1¼ cups) granulated sugar

65g (¾ cup + 2 tbsp) unsweetened cocoa powder

¼ tsp salt

½ tsp pure vanilla extract

2 large cold eggs

65g (½ cup) all-purpose flour

75g (β cup) chopped walnuts or dried fruit (optional)

Nutella (for swirling – optional but highly recommended)

Chopped Kinder chocolate (for topping – optional but delicious!)

1οΈβ£ Preheat the Oven
Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, letting it hang over the sides for easy removal.
2οΈβ£ Make the Brownie Base
Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in the sugar, cocoa powder, and salt until smooth and thick.
3οΈβ£ Mix Wet Ingredients
Let the mixture cool slightly. Whisk in the cold eggs, one at a time, followed by vanilla extract. Beat until glossy and well-blended.
4οΈβ£ Fold in Dry Ingredients
Gently fold in the flour, mixing just until no streaks remain. If using, stir in the walnuts or other add-ins.
5οΈβ£ Swirl with Nutella
Pour half the batter into the pan. Add spoonfuls of Nutella and swirl gently with a knife. Add the remaining batter and repeat the swirling. Sprinkle chopped Kinder chocolate on top if using.
6οΈβ£ Bake to Fudgy Perfection
Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs (not wet batter!).
7οΈβ£ Cool & Serve
Let cool in the pan for at least 10 minutes, then lift out using the parchment. Slice into 16 squares and enjoy every gooey bite!
