Tuna Salad with Avocado Breakfast Plate

Ingredients

  • 1 can of tuna, drained

  • ½ ripe avocado, mashed

  • 1 tbsp Greek yogurt (optional, for creaminess)

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • 1 boiled egg, halved

  • 2 slices of pickles ๐Ÿฅ’

  • 1 slice whole wheat toast ๐Ÿž

  • ½ apple, thinly sliced ๐ŸŽ


Instructions

  1. Make the Tuna Salad:

    • In a bowl, mix the drained tuna, mashed avocado, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and Greek yogurt (if using) until creamy.

  2. Boil the Egg:

    • Place the egg in boiling water and cook for 8–10 minutes. Let it cool, then peel and slice.

  3. Assemble Your Plate:

    • Toast your whole wheat bread.

    • Add a scoop of tuna-avocado salad on the side or on toast.

    • Arrange pickles, sliced boiled egg, and apple slices around.
