Grilled Shrimp Caesar Wraps

Ingredients (Makes 4 wraps)

For the Shrimp:

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp smoked paprika

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

For the Wraps:

  • 4 large flour tortillas (or spinach wraps)

  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped

  • ½ cup Caesar dressing

  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges

  • Optional Add-Ins:

    • Cherry tomatoes

    • Croutons

    • Avocado slices

    •  


Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Season & Grill the Shrimp

  • Toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  • Grill (or sauté) over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes per side until pink.

2. Assemble the Wraps

  • Spread Caesar dressing on each tortilla.

  • Layer with lettuce, grilled shrimp, Parmesan, and any extras.

  • Squeeze lemon juice over the top.

3. Roll & Serve!
