A festive, sweet-salty summer dessert layered with crunchy pretzels, creamy filling, and juicy berries.
π Ingredients
π» For the Crust:

2 cups crushed pretzels

½ cup granulated sugar
 - 
¾ cup unsalted butter, melted
 
π» For the Cream Cheese Layer:
- 
8 oz cream cheese, softened
 - 
1 cup granulated sugar
 - 
8 oz whipped topping, thawed (e.g., Cool Whip)
 
π» For the Berry Layer:
- 
1 cup boiling water
 - 
2 packages (3 oz each) strawberry gelatin
 - 
2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
 - 
1 cup fresh blueberries
 - 
1 cup fresh raspberries
 
π§ Directions
β Step 1: Make the Crust
- 
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
 - 
In a medium bowl, mix crushed pretzels, ½ cup sugar, and melted butter until fully combined.
 - 
Press mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
 - 
Bake for 10 minutes, then allow to cool completely.
 
β Step 2: Prepare the Cream Cheese Layer
- 
In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until smooth.

Gently fold in the whipped topping until well blended.
 - 
Spread the cream mixture evenly over the cooled pretzel crust.
 
β Step 3: Make the Berry Layer
- 
In a bowl, dissolve strawberry gelatin in boiling water, stirring until fully dissolved. Let cool slightly.

Fold in strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries.
 - 
Pour berry mixture gently over the cream cheese layer.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until fully set.

Slice into squares and serve chilled for a patriotic delight!
