Patriotic Berry Pretzel Salad

📌 Ingredients
🔻 For the Crust:

2 cups crushed pretzels

½ cup granulated sugar

¾ cup unsalted butter, melted
🔻 For the Cream Cheese Layer:

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup granulated sugar

8 oz whipped topping, thawed (e.g., Cool Whip)
🔻 For the Berry Layer:

1 cup boiling water
-
2 packages (3 oz each) strawberry gelatin

2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced

1 cup fresh blueberries

1 cup fresh raspberries
🧁 Directions
✅ Step 1: Make the Crust

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a medium bowl, mix crushed pretzels, ½ cup sugar, and melted butter until fully combined.

Press mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.

Bake for 10 minutes, then allow to cool completely.

In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until smooth.
