Creamy Fruit Salad


Ingredients:

  • 1 banana, sliced

  • 1 apple, chopped

  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced

  • 1 cup mixed fruits (such as grapes, kiwi, melon, or pineapple)

  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt

  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional, for extra sweetness)


Instructions:

  1. Prepare the fruits:

    • Wash all fruits thoroughly.

    • Slice the banana and strawberries.

    • Chop the apple into bite-sized cubes.

    • Cut other fruits (like kiwi, grapes, and melon) into small chunks as needed.

  2. Mix the dressing:

    • In a separate bowl, combine the vanilla yogurt and honey. Mix until smooth.
      (Skip the honey if your yogurt is already sweet enough.)

  3. Combine everything:

    • Place all the prepared fruits into a large mixing bowl.

    • Pour the yogurt-honey mixture over the fruits.

  4. Gently toss:

    • Using a spatula or large spoon, gently toss the fruits until they are evenly coated with the creamy dressing.

  5. Chill and serve:

    • Let the salad chill in the refrigerator for about 15–30 minutes for best flavor.

    • Serve cold, optionally garnished with mint leaves or a sprinkle of granola on top.
