Healthy Chicken & Veggie Bowl ๐Ÿฅ—๐Ÿ—๐ŸŒฝ


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup roasted chicken, shredded or chopped ๐Ÿ—

  • ½ avocado, sliced ๐Ÿฅ‘

  • 1 cup broccoli florets, steamed ๐Ÿฅฆ

  • 1 medium carrot, sliced or shredded ๐Ÿฅ•

  • ½ cup peas (frozen or fresh)

  • ½ cup green beans (trimmed and steamed)

  • ½ cup corn kernels ๐ŸŒฝ

  • 1–2 tbsp fresh lemon juice ๐Ÿ‹

  • Salt to taste ๐Ÿง‚


Instructions:

  1. Prep the vegetables:
    Steam or lightly boil broccoli, peas, green beans, and carrots until just tender (about 3–5 minutes). Drain and let cool.

  2. Assemble the bowl:
    In a large bowl or plate, arrange the shredded roasted chicken, steamed veggies, corn, and avocado slices.

  3. Add seasoning:
    Drizzle fresh lemon juice over the top and sprinkle with salt to taste. You can also add pepper, olive oil, or your favorite dressing if desired.

  4. Serve:
    Enjoy immediately while warm or chilled for a refreshing salad-style meal.
