
Garlic Butter Beef and Spinach Tortellini

A rich and creamy one-pan pasta dish loaded with savory ground beef, cheesy tortellini, and tender spinach—perfect for a cozy dinner night!

1 package (9 oz) spinach tortellini (fresh or refrigerated)

3 tbsp butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cups fresh spinach leaves

1 tsp salt (or to taste)

½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp red chili flakes (optional)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Cook the Tortellini:

Boil the tortellini in salted water according to package instructions.

Drain and set aside.

Brown the Beef:

In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until fully browned.
