Ingredients: 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup blackberries
1 tbsp chia seeds (for fiber & satiety)
1/2 tsp cinnamon (boosts metabolism)
1/2 inch ginger (grated, anti-inflammatory)
1 cup unsweetened green tea (chilled)
1 tsp apple cider vinegar (with "the mother")
1 tsp raw honey or stevia (optional)
Instructions: Brew green tea and let it cool.
Blend blueberries, blackberries, chia seeds, cinnamon, ginger, and apple cider vinegar with chilled green tea.
Add honey or stevia if needed.
Blend until smooth and enjoy!
