Refreshing Carrot, Melon, and Orange Drink

Looking for a healthy, hydrating, and naturally sweet drink? This vibrant Carrot, Melon, and Orange Juice is packed with vitamins, fiber, and antioxidants — perfect for a sunny day or as a nutritious boost any time. With the refreshing taste of melon, the zest of orange, and the earthy sweetness of carrot, it’s a colorful and delicious treat you can enjoy cold over ice.

โœ… Ingredients (Serves 4–6)

  • Ice – to taste

  • 2 oranges, freshly squeezed (about ½ cup to ¾ cup of juice)

  • 1 liter (about 4 cups) of cold water

  • 2 cups of melon, chopped into small chunks

    • (You can use cantaloupe, honeydew, or any sweet melon you like)

  • 2 medium carrots, peeled and chopped into small pieces

  • 2 tablespoons of honey or sugar – optional, depending on your sweetness preference

โœ… Preparation Instructions

  1. Blend the Base
In a blender, combine the chopped melon, chopped carrots, and the freshly squeezed orange juice.
Add about 1–2 cups of the cold water to help the blender process the ingredients smoothly.
Blend on high speed for 1–2 minutes or until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.

  2. Strain (Optional)
If you prefer a smooth, pulp-free drink, pour the blended mixture through a fine mesh sieve, strainer, or cheesecloth into a large pitcher.
Use a spoon to help push the juice through if needed. This step removes the fibrous pulp and results in a silkier texture.

  3. Add Remaining Water
Once strained (or left as-is, if you enjoy a thicker texture), pour in the rest of the cold water into the pitcher and stir well to combine everything evenly.

  4. Sweeten to Taste
Taste the drink. If you find it needs a little more sweetness, add honey or sugar to your liking. Stir until completely dissolved.

  5. Chill and Serve
Add plenty of ice to the pitcher or directly into serving glasses.
Serve the drink well chilled for maximum refreshment.

  6. Optional Garnish
For a touch of flair, garnish each glass with a slice of orange, a cube of melon, or even a shaved carrot ribbon on the rim. It makes for a beautiful presentation, especially for guests or brunch gatherings.
