Salad

150 g smoked salmon slices

1 ripe avocado, sliced

2 cups mixed salad greens (arugula, spinach, lettuce)

8–10 cherry tomatoes, halved

Fresh dill for garnish

1 tbsp black sesame seeds (optional)

Lemon wedges for serving
Dressing

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp Dijon mustard

1 tsp honey

Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions

1. Prepare the Dressing
In a small bowl, whisk together:

Olive oil

Lemon juice
-
Dijon mustard
-
Honey
-
Salt and pepper
Mix until smooth and emulsified.
2. Assemble the Salad

Place mixed greens on a serving plate.

Arrange avocado slices and cherry tomatoes on top.

Gently layer smoked salmon slices over the salad.
3. Finish & Serve

Drizzle dressing evenly over the salad.

Sprinkle sesame seeds and fresh dill.
