Ingredients

Salad

  • 150 g smoked salmon slices

  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced

  • 2 cups mixed salad greens (arugula, spinach, lettuce)

  • 8–10 cherry tomatoes, halved

  • Fresh dill for garnish

  • 1 tbsp black sesame seeds (optional)

  • Lemon wedges for serving

Dressing

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

  • 1 tsp honey

  • Salt and black pepper to taste


Instructions

1. Prepare the Dressing

In a small bowl, whisk together:

  • Olive oil

  • Lemon juice

  • Dijon mustard

  • Honey

  • Salt and pepper

Mix until smooth and emulsified.


2. Assemble the Salad

  • Place mixed greens on a serving plate.

  • Arrange avocado slices and cherry tomatoes on top.

  • Gently layer smoked salmon slices over the salad.


3. Finish & Serve

  • Drizzle dressing evenly over the salad.

  • Sprinkle sesame seeds and fresh dill.

  • Serve with lemon wedges on the side.


Tips

  • Use ripe but firm avocado for best texture.

  • Add capers or red onion for extra flavor if desired.
