It’s about stimulation.

We often talk about hunger as if it’s a single sensation.

Try asking:

“What kind of stimulation am I actually missing right now?”

Sometimes the answer is:

movement

novelty

connection

rest

mental engagement

Food isn’t wrong — it’s just not always relevant.

Gentle Interruptions (Not Rules)

You don’t need to forbid boredom eating.
