
Key Lime Pie Jars
Ingredients You’ll Need
For the Graham Cracker Crust:

1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

¼ cup granulated sugar

6 tbsp melted butter
-
Pinch of salt
For the Key Lime Filling:
-
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
-
½ cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
-
¾ cup Key lime juice (or regular lime juice)
-
1 tbsp lime zest
-
1 tsp vanilla extract
For Topping (Optional):
-
Whipped cream
-
Lime slices or zest
-
Graham cracker crumbs

Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Make the Graham Cracker Crust
-
In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, melted butter, and salt until combined.
-
Press 2-3 tablespoons into the bottom of each jar (or small cup).
-
Chill in the fridge for 10 minutes to set.
2. Prepare the Key Lime Filling
-
In a large bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, sour cream, lime juice, lime zest, and vanilla until smooth.
-
Taste and adjust sweetness/tartness if needed.
3. Assemble the Jars
-
Spoon or pipe the filling over the crust, leaving a little space at the top.
-
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight) to set.
4. Add Toppings & Serve!

Before serving, top with whipped cream, lime zest, or extra crumbs.

Enjoy chilled!
