Key Lime Pie Jars

Ingredients You’ll Need

For the Graham Cracker Crust:

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

  • ¼ cup granulated sugar

  • 6 tbsp melted butter

  • Pinch of salt

For the Key Lime Filling:

  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk

  • ½ cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)

  • ¾ cup Key lime juice (or regular lime juice)

  • 1 tbsp lime zest

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

For Topping (Optional):

  • Whipped cream

  • Lime slices or zest

  • Graham cracker crumbs

  •  


Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Make the Graham Cracker Crust

  • In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, melted butter, and salt until combined.

  • Press 2-3 tablespoons into the bottom of each jar (or small cup).

  • Chill in the fridge for 10 minutes to set.

2. Prepare the Key Lime Filling

  • In a large bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, sour cream, lime juice, lime zest, and vanilla until smooth.

  • Taste and adjust sweetness/tartness if needed.

3. Assemble the Jars

  • Spoon or pipe the filling over the crust, leaving a little space at the top.

  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight) to set.

4. Add Toppings & Serve!

  • Before serving, top with whipped cream, lime zest, or extra crumbs.

  • Enjoy chilled!
