Preparation Method:

Step 1: Prepare the Chicken

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Coat the chicken breasts with the spice mix, ensuring even coverage.
  3. Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for 5–7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing into strips.
