Ingredients

Seafood Filling

Instructions

  1. Soak julienned potatoes in cold water for 15 minutes and pat dry.

  2. Toss potatoes with cornstarch and a pinch of salt.

  3. Shape into small nests using a ladle or metal strainer.

  4. Deep-fry at 350°F (175°C) until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels.

  5. Melt butter in a skillet and sauté garlic until fragrant.

  6. Add shrimp and calamari; cook for 2–3 minutes.

  7. Pour in heavy cream and simmer gently.

  8. Stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy.

  9. Season with salt and pepper.

  10. Place shredded lettuce on serving plates.

  11. Set the crispy nest on top and fill with the creamy seafood mixture.

  12. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
