COPYCAT FASTFOOD SAUCE Recipe

Jollibee-Style Chicken Gravy

INGREDIENTS
* 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
* 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
* 1 chicken broth cube
* 2.5 cups hot water
* ½ cup all-purpose cream
* 1 teaspoon crushed pepper
* 3-4 tablespoons soy sauce
* 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce (optional)
* Salt to taste
* 1 teaspoon sugar
* 1.5 tablespoons garlic powder
* 1 teaspoon dried thyme (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Start by preparing the roux. Place a saucepan over low heat around 140-150°F (60-65°C). Melt 3 tablespoons of butter completely. Gradually whisk in 3 tablespoons of all-purpose flour, stirring constantly for 1 minute until well combined and slightly toasted.

2. While making the roux, dissolve 1 Knorr chicken cube in 2.5 cups of hot water at around 180°F (82°C). Slowly pour this chicken broth mixture into the roux while continuously whisking to prevent lumps. Add ½ cup all-purpose cream gradually while maintaining the low heat.

3. Now add all the seasonings: 1 teaspoon crushed pepper, 3-4 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, salt to taste, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1.5 tablespoons garlic powder, and 1 teaspoon dried thyme. Keep whisking continuously to incorporate all ingredients.

4. Maintain the heat at low temperature (around 140-150°F/60-65°C) and simmer for 2-3 minutes until the gravy reaches your desired thickness. Remember to whisk constantly during this final cooking stage to ensure a smooth, lump-free gravy. The gravy should coat the back of a spoon but still flow smoothly. If it becomes too thick, gradually add hot water while whisking until you achieve the perfect consistency.

5. Store any leftover gravy in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. When reheating, warm it gently over low heat while whisking, adding a small amount of hot water if needed to restore the original consistency. 

 

McDonald's Ranch Recipe

INGREDIENTS
* ½ cup mayonnaise
* ½ cup sour cream
* ¼ cup buttermilk (or regular milk)
* 1 teaspoon white vinegar (or lemon)
* 1 clove garlic (minced)
* 1 teaspoon dried parsley
* ½ teaspoon onion powder
* ½ teaspoon garlic powder
* ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
* ½ teaspoon coarse kosher salt

INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a small bowl, whisk all the ingredients, then refrigerate for 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and the salt to dissolve.

2. The sauce is now ready to use. You can use it immediately or store it in the refrigerator for up to one week. Try it on all your favorite wraps and sandwiches or as a dip for chicken, pizza, and vegetables. Enjoy! 

 

McDonalds Sweet And Sour Sauce

Ingredients
* ½ cup apricot preserves
* ¼ cup peach preserves
* 1 ½ tablespoons white vinegar
* ½ tablespoon soy sauce
* ¼ teaspoon ground mustard
* ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
* 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
* 2 teaspoons corn starch
* 2 teaspoons water

Instructions
1. Place the apricot preserves, peach preserves, vinegar, soy sauce, ground mustard, and garlic powder in a food processor. Blend to smooth.

2. Pour the mixture in a sauce pan and add the corn syrup. Stir, heat and simmer for 5 minutes over medium-low heat.

3. Whisk together the cornstarch and water in a small bowl.

4. Pour the mixture into the sauce while whisking. Keep stirring until the mixture begins to thicken, about 3 minutes.

5. Remove the saucepan from the heat. Let the sauce cool. 

 

Popeyes Sweet Heat Sauce

Ingredients
* ¼ Cup White Vinegar
* ¼ Cup Apricot Jam
* 2 Tablespoons Honey
* 2 Tablespoons Light Brown Sugar
* ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
* ¼ teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
* ¼ teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
* Pinch Salt

Instructions
1. Add all ingredients to a small mixing bowl and mix well with a small whisk.

2. Serve with chicken or seafood. 

 

BIG MAC SAUCE

INGREDIENTS
* 1/2 cup mayonnaise
* 2 tablespoons French dressing
* 4 teaspoons sweet pickle relish
* 1 tablespoon finely minced onion
* 1 teaspoon white vinegar
* 1 teaspoon sugar
* 1/8 teaspoon pepper

INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Use the mixture to generously top your burgers. Enjoy! 

 

McDonald’s Honey Mustard Sauce

INGREDIENTS
* 1 Teaspoon Honey
* 1 Tablespoon Mayonnaise
* 2 Teaspoons Dijon Mustard
* 1 Teaspoon Yellow Mustard
* 1 Teaspoon White Vinegar
* ½ Teaspoon Garlic Powder
* ½ Teaspoon Black Pepper
* ½ Teaspoon Salt

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Take a medium-sized bowl and add mayonnaise to it.

2. Now, add Dijon and yellow mustard in the same bowl.

3. Add honey, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the mix.

4. Pour white vinegar into the mix.

5. Mix all the ingredients properly and you McDonald’s Honey Mustard Sauce is ready!
