Ingredients: • 4–5 bone-in beef short ribs • Salt & black pepper • 1 tbsp olive oil • 1 cup beef broth • 1/2 cup red wine (or more broth) • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce • 1 onion, chopped • 3 garlic cloves, minced • 2 sprigs fresh thyme or rosemary

Instructions: 1. Season & Sear the Ribs: Pat ribs dry, season generously with salt and pepper. Sear in olive oil over medium-high heat until browned on all sides. Remove and set aside. 2. Sauté the Aromatics: In the same pot, sauté onions until soft. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute. 3. Deglaze & Build the Braise: Pour in red wine to deglaze, then stir in broth, BBQ sauce, and Worcestershire. Add ribs back to the pot and tuck in thyme sprigs. 4. Slow Cook: Cover and braise in the oven at 325°F (160°C) for 2.5–3 hours until fork-tender. (Or simmer gently on the stovetop.) 5. Finish & Serve: Spoon over sauce, garnish with fresh thyme. Serve with mashed potatoes or roasted veggies.
