Ingredients

Seafood

  • 300 g shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 300 g squid, cleaned and sliced into rings

  • 200 g crab meat (or imitation crab)

  • 1 bay leaf

Vegetables

  • ½ red onion, thinly sliced

  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped (optional)

Lemon Dressing

  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • Juice of 2 lemons

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • ½ tsp dried oregano

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  • Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)

Garnish

  • Lemon wedges

  • Fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a gentle boil with a bay leaf.

  2. Cook shrimp for 2–3 minutes until pink. Remove and cool.

  3. Cook squid rings for 1–2 minutes until tender. Immediately transfer to ice water.

  4. In a large bowl, combine shrimp, squid, and crab meat.

  5. Add sliced red onion, parsley, and dill.

  6. Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and chili flakes.

  7. Pour dressing over the seafood mixture and toss gently.

  8. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

  9. Garnish with lemon wedges and fresh herbs.
