Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Filling

Powdered sugar

Egg yolk

Mix until smooth and creamy.
Step 2: Prepare the Pecan Topping

Mix chopped pecans, brown sugar, melted butter, and honey.

Step 3: Shape the Pastries

Cut puff pastry into rectangles.
