Ingredients
For the Chicken

500 g boneless chicken breast, diced

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon cornstarch

½ teaspoon black pepper
Vegetables

2 cups broccoli florets
-
1 red bell pepper, sliced
-
1 yellow bell pepper, diced

3 green onions, sliced
-
2 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
Sauce
-
¼ cup soy sauce
-
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
-
1 tablespoon honey
-
1 tablespoon sesame oil
-
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
-
½ cup chicken broth
-
1 tablespoon cornstarch
Optional Garnish

Sesame seeds

Extra green onions
Instructions
Step 1: Marinate the Chicken

Combine chicken, soy sauce, cornstarch, and black pepper.

Let sit for 10–15 minutes.
Step 2: Prepare the Sauce

In a bowl, whisk together:

Soy sauce
-
Oyster sauce
-
Honey
-
Sesame oil
-
Rice vinegar
-
Chicken broth
-
Cornstarch
-

Set aside.
Step 3: Cook the Chicken

Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large wok or skillet.

Add chicken pieces.
-
Stir-fry for 5–6 minutes until golden and cooked through.

Remove and set aside.
Step 4: Cook the Vegetables

In the same pan add a little more oil if needed.

Sauté garlic and ginger for 30 seconds.

Add broccoli and bell peppers.
-
Stir-fry 3–4 minutes until tender-crisp.
Step 5: Combine

Return chicken to the skillet.

Pour in the sauce.

Stir continuously for 2–3 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats everything evenly.

Add green onions and toss.
Step 6: Serve
Serve hot over steamed rice, noodles, or cauliflower rice.
