Creamy Steak Alfredo Pasta is a rich and satisfying dish that combines perfectly seared steak slices with tender fettuccine coated in a velvety Parmesan Alfredo sauce. The juicy, medium-rare steak adds a savory depth of flavor, while the creamy sauce creates a luxurious texture that clings to every strand of pasta.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz (225 g) fettuccine pasta

  • 1 lb (450 g) sirloin or ribeye steak

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

  2. Season the steak generously with salt and pepper.

  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the steak for 3–4 minutes per side, or until desired doneness. Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice.

  4. In the same skillet, melt the butter and sauté the garlic for about 30 seconds.

  5. Add the heavy cream and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.

  6. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy.

  7. Add the cooked pasta and toss until evenly coated.

  8. Top with sliced steak and garnish with fresh parsley.

  9. Serve immediately while hot.
