Creamy Steak Alfredo Pasta is a rich and satisfying dish that combines perfectly seared steak slices with tender fettuccine coated in a velvety Parmesan Alfredo sauce. Ingredients

8 oz (225 g) fettuccine pasta

1 lb (450 g) sirloin or ribeye steak

2 tbsp olive oil

Salt and black pepper, to taste

2 tbsp butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions

Cook the fettuccine according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

Season the steak generously with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the steak for 3–4 minutes per side, or until desired doneness. Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice.

In the same skillet, melt the butter and sauté the garlic for about 30 seconds.

Add the heavy cream and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
