Ingredients

For the Pasta

  • 12 oz (340g) fettuccine pasta

  • 1 lb (450g) salmon fillet, skin removed

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon butter

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

For the Alfredo Sauce

  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1½ cups heavy cream

  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • ¼ teaspoon paprika (optional)

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Garnish

  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Pasta

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

  2. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente.

  3. Reserve ½ cup pasta water and drain.

Step 2: Cook the Salmon

  1. Season salmon with salt and pepper.

Step 4: Combine Everything

  1. Add cooked pasta to the sauce.

  3. Add a splash of reserved pasta water if needed.

  4. Gently fold in salmon pieces.

Step 5: Serve

  1. Transfer to serving bowls.

  2. Sprinkle with parsley and extra Parmesan.

  3. Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
