Mixed Fruit and Yogurt Smoothie


Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup strawberries

  • 1/2 cup blueberries

  • 1/2 cup banana (sliced)

  • 1 cup natural or Greek yogurt

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)

  • Ice to taste

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Ingredients
    Wash the strawberries and blueberries thoroughly. Remove the stems from the strawberries and slice them. Peel and slice the banana.

  2. Blend the Smoothie
    In a blender, add the strawberries, blueberries, banana, yogurt, and milk.
    Add the honey if you like a sweeter smoothie.

  3. Add Ice
    Add a handful of ice cubes to the blender for a refreshing, chilled smoothie.

  4. Blend Until Smooth
    Blend everything on high speed until the mixture is creamy and smooth. Check the texture and sweetness, and adjust with a little more honey or milk if needed.

  5. Serve
    Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately. You can garnish with a few extra berries or a mint leaf if desired.
