2 boiled potatoes (mashed)

1 cup boiled chicken (shredded or finely chopped)

2 tablespoons mooli (radish) or any preferred vegetable (finely chopped)

2 tablespoons carrots (grated or finely chopped)
-
1 tablespoon spring onions (chopped)
-
2 green chilies (finely chopped)
-
1 tablespoon celery (finely chopped)
-
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
-
1/2 teaspoon minced ginger
-
1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
-
Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons cornstarch
-
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
-
1 egg

In a large mixing bowl, mash the boiled potatoes.

Add the shredded chicken, vegetables (radish, carrots, spring onions, green chilies, celery), garlic, ginger, and all the seasonings.

Stir in the cornstarch, shredded cheese, and egg. Mix thoroughly until well combined.

Grease your hands lightly with oil and shape the mixture into small balls or flat patties.

Coat each piece with breadcrumbs for a crispy exterior.

Fry over medium heat until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
