🍟πŸ₯š Delicious Recipe: Potato, Egg & Chicken Patties

πŸ“ Ingredients:

  • 2 boiled potatoes (mashed)

  • 1 cup boiled chicken (shredded or finely chopped)

  • 2 tablespoons mooli (radish) or any preferred vegetable (finely chopped)

  • 2 tablespoons carrots (grated or finely chopped)

  • 1 tablespoon spring onions (chopped)

  • 2 green chilies (finely chopped)

  • 1 tablespoon celery (finely chopped)

  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic

  • 1/2 teaspoon minced ginger

  • 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch

  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1 egg

  1. In a large mixing bowl, mash the boiled potatoes.

  2. Add the shredded chicken, vegetables (radish, carrots, spring onions, green chilies, celery), garlic, ginger, and all the seasonings.

  4. Grease your hands lightly with oil and shape the mixture into small balls or flat patties.
